I had Chinese for lunch, and my favorite thing was the Sesame Chicken. I really could use a nap now.

No need to apologize. Had to do it for my gains.

Oh, no! I love chicken noodle soup. It's usually one of the first things I eat after being sick. I wonder why you upchucked it?

Alright, so here's the gameplan:
You're saving for a turbocharger and need to buy lunch, while still hitting your caloric and protein goals to put on muscle mass. McDs is the closest most inexpensive restaurant near your workplace in BFE Texas, so you take the plunge.
You order the McDouble (plain, they'll make it fresh, nothing but meat and cheese), and a spicy mchicken. Take the McDouble, and split it halfway, one patty on each side. Open the McChicken, ditch the bottom bun (top if you want to reduce fat and ditch mayo) reducing overall carbs by ~7g, place between patties, consume.
850 calories, 45g of fat, 65g of carbs, 40g of protein; totally well within a 2000-3000 calorie diet, depending on what you eat for breakfast and dinner. If you want a more protein rich version, ditch the mcchicken and double down on mcdoubles. If you like buffalo sauce, add a packet of that to the mix.
All of that for $2.58. Most calories per $ of pretty much any other meal out there.

That sounds Delicious and disgusting and well thought out and lethal all that the same time.

Lol I had the exact same thing for lunch. So delicious.

no idea but whatever sickness i caught it really doesn't like food being inside of me because it was the third time i've puked today the first time was right after i woke up and it wasn't that bad it was more like a small case of motion sickness
the second time wasn't really "puke" but more like saliva that came out because i was in a coughing fit
the third time was the worst it was full on projectile vomiting and i'm pretty sure some of it came out of my nose not fun at all although it probably had something to due with me drinking some fizzy soda too fast
anyway i hope this blows over real soon because there's a local car show happening Saturday and i really want to go it

Foie gras, sweetbreads, chateaubriand topped with braised bacon, and stuffed truffles with a balsamic reduction.

Honestly, it doesn't taste bad. Combining the two makes it easier to eat them quickly as well. It's surprisingly efficient.

I feel badly for you. I hope it's just the 24-hour flu. Take care.

I've found that, if one eats swiftly enough, one can eat three - possibly four - McDoubles before feeling like complete death.
(I've also been known to down a six-pack of Jr. Whoppers on a lunch break)

I had the El Diablo - Angus patty, pepper jack, pico and a jalapeno, fries and a soda.

Nah, jk. Subway.

...how do you do it? The self-loathing and nausea stops me in my tracks sometimes halfway through my second.
I must know, so I can get big.

Burger(s) in one hand, iced tea front and center, phone in the other hand with addictive application - for me it's crosswords. Bite until you're feeling done, take a large gulp of tea, repeat. Never NEVER look away from the crossword puzzle. You're done in about 10 minutes and don't feel Death's cool touch for at least another 5.
On the Jr. Whopper part, I don't know. I like 'em and can eat 'em like it's nothing

You're an inspiration.
That better be sweet tea you're referring to.

Indeed. Unsweetened tea doesn't wash the stench away like sweet tea does.

What wasn't fantastic was my drink discovery, after working for four hours it surprisingly stayed cold because it was in the shade, so intelligent me decided to drink it. That was some very watered down coke.

That would be a nasty drink.
